Ingredients
  

  • 200 g high-quality milk or dark chocolate
  • 50 g pistachios roughly chopped
  • 50 g knafeh dough also called kataifi, lightly toasted
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 20 g White chocolate melted (for drizzling) Optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt your chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Stir in chopped pistachios and toasted knafeh dough.
  • Spread evenly onto a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  • Refrigerate for about an hour until set.
  • Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top if desired.
  • Break into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to experiment! Add rose petals, orange zest, or even a hint of saffron for extra luxury and flavor. If you prefer your bars extra crunchy, try doubling up on pistachios and knafeh.
